Terms of use

The ENERWAVE Whistleblowing Hotline (hereinafter – the Service) is provided only for registering and processing of information on violations of the ENERWAVE S.A. (hereinafter – the Company) Code of Ethics and is in accordance with the provisions of Law 4990/2022.

The Service is not intended and does not register the following:

• claims and complaints by consumers and customers regarding the Company’s products or services
• complaints regarding third parties that are not the Company's business partners
• complaints regarding home life issues or other problems that are outside the Company’s responsibility and competence

The Company reserves the right to refuse the registration of cases that do not meet the criteria of registration. The Service is intended for users older than 18 years of age.

You are protected from retaliation if your report is made in good faith and to the best of your knowledge. Malicious reporting is prohibited and may lead to legal consequences.

Jurisdiction

Your report will be reviewed in Greece. Legal relations that arise in connection with the review of your report are governed by the laws of Greece and EU. Any terminology used in this document should be interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the EU.

Warning about the absence of an emergency

This Service is not an emergency service.

Do not use the Service to report events presenting an immediate threat to life or property.

Reports submitted through this Service may not receive an immediate response.
