Ensure that:
- Nobody is watching you.
- You are not logged in to the platform from your work computer or your corporate network.
- Check the connection encryption (https).
- You do not provide any information/details which may reveal your identity in case you wish to remain anonymous.

- Choose to either identify yourself or to remain anonymous
Provide the details
- You will be asked a series of questions regarding your issue and you may be asked to provide additional details in order to help resolve the case.
Save the security code for feedback
- After submitting your concern, you will be provided with a unique security/secret code. You also have the option to set a password for the unique security/secret code.
- Using the code you will be able to check the status of your reported concern, provide and receive feedback even if you choose to remain anonymous.
- Using our web service you can monitor the processing status of your report, respond to additional questions and contribute to resolving the issue ASAP.
